Richard McKown
Richard has decades of experience in the housing industry: as a homebuilder, real estate developer and community designer.
His interest in low-impact, mixed-use walkable communities has led him to the development of infill projects in downtown Oklahoma City, including LEVEL Urban Apartments, MOSAIC, the Plow building, OKSEA, Canal Parking and the BOWER.
Richard has an MFA from Boston Univerty, a BFA from Kansas City Art Institute, and a Painting Fellowship from Yale University.
Kara Lewallen
Kara has been putting her passion for real estate to work in Oklahoma City since 2012.
Her experience is wide-ranging: feasibility analyses and budgets, construction science, leasing requirements.
Kara has managed consultants and worked closely with investors on projects including LEVEL, MOSAIC, the Plow Building, OKSEA, 119 East Reno Building, 1114 North Robinson Building, and the BOWER.
Kara is also a licensed realtor, and a proud graduate of Texas Christian University.
Cooper Scott
Cooper has extensive experience in project development and property management.
He started his career with the Beck Group in Dallas as a project engineer before moving back to OKC with the Scott Group in 2012.
Cooper is a licensed commercial real estate broker, and is LEED AP certified. He has a reputation for customer service that delivers results for partners and residents.
Cooper graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2007 with a degree in Construction Science.
